What is the Hello Sarnie App?

The Hello Sarnie App is our pre-ordering and loyalty program. Pre-ordering allows our customers to pre-order from our menu via the mobile App and pick up their order instore. Our customer loyalty program rewards you based on your visits. The more times you purchase your favourite Hello Sarnie products, the more reward points you’ll receive.

There are also a number of other great benefits including a special free welcome coffee and access to member exclusive offers. Simply download and start ordering and/or earning points today!

How do I get the Hello Sarnie App?

Simply download the Hello Sarnie app from the App store via your smart phone (iPhone and Android) and create a new account.

Does it cost to join?

No – it’s absolutely free.

How do I earn rewards?

For every Hello Sarnie product you purchase – be it a beverage, sarnie, salad or snacks - you’ll earn points. As you gather points, you’ll be able to use your points for a discount on our food and beverage products or store up your points to receive your product for free! How do I find out how many points I have?

You can easily see the number of points you have available via the app. We can also tell you the next time you pop in store – just ask one of our friendly staff members before you place an order!

How do I use the app?

Our mobile app is easy to use, allowing you to browse your favourites instore products on your phone. Once you’ve decided what you’d like to purchase, simply add to cart. You can pay via the app (once you’ve added your credit card details) or pay instore upon pick up.

Once your order is confirmed, please visit your nominated store for collection from the counter. Scan your app to receive your reward points.

Keep in mind you will need to be connected to the internet (through WiFi or 4G) in order to login and use the app.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes, depending on the type of reward or offer, you will have a strictly limited amount of time to use it. Here is a table showing some of the different types of rewards you’ll receive and how long they are valid for.

I bought a Keep Cup from the store, why didn’t I earn any rewards?

Reward points are only eligible when you buy a Hello Sarnie food and beverage, or unless specified, products.

What if I don’t receive my reward?

It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your reward to be loaded into your account. If your reward still does not appear after this time or you are having troubles with your account, please contact us or visit us instore.

If you are switching over from Rewardle, once you download the app, the Rewardle points can take up to 48 hours to show on the Hello Sarnie App.

What happens to my details when I register an account?

All personal information will be kept secure with us and will not be shared with any third party data collection agencies or other marketing or advertising programs. We only use your details to link your Hello Sarnie App and your transactions with your rewards. Should you opt in, we may get in touch via your registered email to keep you informed of the latest Hello Sarnie news, offers and events.
